Customer Success Specialists

Full-time

Requirements

  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, both speaking and typing.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn is a must.
  • Fresh graduates with willingness to learn are encouraged to apply — we provide training.
  • Candidates with sales / e-commerce / tech-related working experience are an added advantage.
  • Tech savvy, or willing to learn about POS hardware and software.
  • At least a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Networking or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to online pre-sales inquiries on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and WhatsApp.
  • Suggest suitable products based on customer business, for both online and walk-in customers.
  • Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to walk-in customers.
  • Follow up with customers on on-going orders.
  • Provide after-sales technical support and resolve customer issues professionally.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing purchase and support needs.

IT Support Executives

Full-time

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply — especially with a keen interest in technology.
  • At least SPM level qualification and above.
  • Diploma / certificate in cybersecurity, networking, IT or relevant fields is a plus.
  • Required languages: Mandarin / English / Malay.
  • Own transport and willing to travel for work.
  • Able to work independently with problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, fast learner, dedicated and responsible attitude.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, retail and F&B operation flows is a plus.
  • Basic IT knowledge in software, networking, and hardware is a plus.
  • Willing to learn new things to keep up with industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and messages while maintaining strong customer experience.
  • Show, demo and explain POS system features and benefits tailored to customer business needs.
  • Conduct system training for customers on software and hardware.
  • Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Follow up on potential leads to convert enquiries into sales.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and handle requests / enquiries.
  • Utilize social media platforms to generate customer interest and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal team to meet customer needs.
  • Help colleagues with ad-hoc tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit engaging short videos for TikTok.
  • Write social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, Lemon8.
  • Manage our social media presence — from content scheduling to community engagement.
  • Write blog posts and optimize them for search engines (Google SEO optimization).
  • Support marketing events and initiatives when needed.
  • Collaborate with team members on marketing projects.

Operation Interns

Internship

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Malay, English and Mandarin.
  • Interest in e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer enquiries on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) or via WhatsApp and phone.
  • Issue invoices to customers.
  • Explain, demo and recommend suitable products to walk-in customers.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently, escalating to senior staff when needed.
  • Manage customer feedback and work with the team to improve overall satisfaction.
  • Assist with receiving incoming stocks, checking for damage, ensuring correct qualities are delivered.
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and updating inventory in the system.
  • Support teammates with additional tasks.
